It's not an exact scene from the Mistborn books. I was more going for a feeling here. Vin's in her shirt and trousers outfit before she got the mistcloak. Creepy Inquisitor sneaking up on her.

Huge huge Mistborn fan here. This is definitely the best of all the Mistborn fan art I've seen. Just great! Please do more! I'd Love to see your take a koloss. Or Elend in his white uniform. Or a koloss fighting Elend in his white uniform.

I just started reading the Mistborn series, and I have to say, this is some of the best fan art I've seen in awhile (the other batch I've been browsing is the fan art for Wheel of Time)! I LOVE your portrayal of Vin -- it's very accurate to how I picture her. My favorite is painting of Vin in the white dress, looking over her shoulder with the barren landscape in the background. Great stuff.

I hope so! I am trying to save up enough to get myself a drawing tablet, and maybe then I can start actually drawing in photoshop rather than just photomanips.
